Once you’ve downloaded and setup your news aggregator, here's all you have to do...

Right-click any orange or button on a site, Web Log, or news source that interests you. Start by right clicking on my button below.

Select Copy Shortcut and paste that URL into the appropriate place in your RSS reader. (In RSSReader, when you select the add button, the next screen is where you will paste your shortcut).
